  •  Products manufactured on premises are pharmaceutical-grade and made only with the highest quality ingredients.

  •  Bar Tech has Quality Systems in place for all segments to ensure consistent and efficient manufacturing processes:
    • Raw material processing- inbound/storage testing and utilization for production purposes.
    • Extensive monitoring of data insures product consistency and uniformity throughout production and retains maintained throughout shelf life.
    •  Finished product handling, micro testing, packaging, pre shipment storage, and logistical/shipment planning.
Quality Process

Incoming Materials Inspection includes:
  • Trailer and material inspection
  • Material sampling with routine micro testing
  • COA vs. Product Specification comparison

Finished Product

  • COAs for Finished Product accompany every shipment
  • If unavailable, a Waiver is signed by buyer; COA sent upon completion

Micro Sampling includes:

  • Daily ATP swabs
  • Non-product contact swabs, monthly drain swabs
  • Finished product micro testing

Sanitation Crew

  • Trained Sanitation Crew
  • Quality Line Technician completes a Pre-Operation Inspection to ensure quality work of Sanitation Crew prior to startup
